To measure your hips: (for bottoms)
Wrap a flexible tape measure around thefullest part of your hips and buttocks, typically 15-20 cm below your natural waistline. Stand with feet together and ensure the tape is parallel to the floor, lying flat against your skin without squeezing. Record the measurement where the tape meets the zero mark.
To measure your bust: (for tops)
Wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your chest. Stand naturally without puffing out your chest. Record the measurement where the tape meets the zero mark
